Wooden poles - well tried even in extreme climatic zones Drucken
For the production of poles we utilize very slow growing spruce from the well-known mid-mountain areas of Europe and from the already well tried pine-forests in Eastern and North- Eastern Europe.

The production of our poles starts with the selection of round logs in the forests by experienced specialists.

With a special quality-control system, production is supervised during all production and treatment steps up to final delivery.

Preservative Treatment:

Our contract factory in the Czech Republic is EN-ISO 9001:2001 certified and has received qualification confirmation from the German Telecom and other big wood pole consumers in Germany. Modern well equipped facilities following the newest technical regulations, and decades of experience in the field of preservative treatment of wood, guarantee high quality standards. A fixation chamber, for additional treatment of the poles with heated steam, is installed directly after the impregnation cylinder and prevents, in the case of salt impregnation with chromium, leaching and penetration into the ground of the treatment-solution. A continuous wood moisture measurement for every single pole before the impregnation guarantees that only dry wood is released for impregnation. The impregnation and the wood moisture measurement is documented.
